Pharmacy Technician
Responsibilities:
Depending on the allocated section (Compounding / Inpatient / Outpatient / Quality Control), you will assist the pharmacists in prescription processing, to ensure accuracy and targeted waiting times are met. You will also assist the pharmacist-in-charge in planning and facilitating pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispensing of medication
Medication counselling
Simple prescription interventions
Inventory control
Financial Counselling
Requirements:
Pharmacy Technician certificate / relevant diploma holder in Pharmaceutical Science with relevant internship attached to pharmacy department of hospital setup
Non registrable pharmacy degree
Good team player
Possess an eye for detail and good communication skills
Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
